Job ( Joining Organizations for Business)
Abbreviations can be filled by us if it fits right words in it. So "what's your job?". My God this is question when fresher's see and answer this question in mind thinking as a Researchers and some others see it a spoiler of mood of current situation and in opposite side called as Experienced after lots of explaining on their job say i don't get anything as recognition in it except money. Keep in mind that value of money given says that you are recognized. The Truth for Fresher's and Experienced they need to react not to keep thinking for an Answer and Excuse.
In the film Dhoom 2 a excellent dialogue saying " A human being identity is shown by his job only not by others things". Yes so me being in Human Resource Manager needs to find people who can survive the threat on them all times without any questions asked as package(money) don't make people to question anyone for anything. So i am on a hunt for resources who don't ask questions. Nobody gets a job which they wanted to be is true. All say my current job is by accident only. But look Job Accidents cause damage to desire and makes way to money making.
Money making is an art that makes some desires old or new to achieve it. But desires always keeps one step high which cannot be achieved.
The Hierarchy of job is:JOB>MONEY>STATUS>FAMILY>LIFE.
So life starts with job always. Of course you can say you need money to study but that money had come from another human being job.In older past some jobs are not respected but now with education and exposures mind set no job is seen as disaster job.
So range of job differs but there is all where job is scripting a BRAND for you at least in known circles.
Work which can get money is classified as JOB and which don't get money although still do it becomes HOBBY. So job may be useful and useless but job remains forever.
For fresher's who have lots of exposure in this insecure connected world can choose a job which money don't script their life. Choose a life where you script your job. For Experienced people no other go and its too late to script your job. Lets script your money making art.
So in a battle of Desire vs Money whatever wins you are the winner as both shows that your job is great at some point of life. Anyways Jobs are fascinating where still life hopes desires met someday with or without money.
Now lets get back to business for your organization. Go to job with a new era started with smiles around.
